FSPCA Intentional Adulteration Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) Course
The IAVA training focuses on protecting the food supply against intentional contamination. Participants will learn how to conduct vulnerability assessments, identify actionable process steps, and implement mitigation strategies in line with FDA’s Intentional Adulteration rule.
This course is essential for food facilities required to develop and maintain a Food Defense Plan under FSMA.
