Cancellation Policy

Training Course Terms & Conditions (EU & US) Charlie Blackbird LLC 1. Registration & Payment Registration is binding only upon full payment and written confirmation. Payment must be received at least 7 days before the course start date. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Participants may cancel at any time before the start date and receive a 100% refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method; transaction or currency fees may not be reimbursed. 3. EU Right of Withdrawal EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate service performance and acknowledge that this right may be waived once the course begins. 4. No-Show Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the course fee, subject to applicable law. 5. Course Changes The Company may reschedule or cancel courses. Participants may choose a transfer or full refund. No liability for indirect costs (e.g., travel). 6. Force Majeure The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions). Courses may be rescheduled, delivered online, or refunded. 7. Intellectual Property All materials are owned by the Company and protected by law. Use is limited to personal/internal purposes. Copying, recording, or sharing is prohibited. 8. Certification Certificates require full attendance, participation, and successful completion of assessments. Issuance is at the Company’s discretion. 9. Data Protection Personal data is processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation and applicable U.S. laws, for course delivery and administration. EU users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Data may be transferred to the U.S. with appropriate safeguards. 10. Payment Disputes Participants agree to seek resolution before initiating chargebacks. Nothing limits mandatory EU consumer rights. The Company may suspend access and recover reasonable costs where permitted. 11. Liability Liability is limited to fees paid, except where prohibited by law (e.g., fraud, personal injury, EU consumer rights). 12. Governing Law Texas law applies. EU consumers retain mandatory local rights and jurisdiction. Acceptance: By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
