FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Course
The PCQI course is the cornerstone of FSMA compliance. It provides the necessary competencies to develop, implement, and manage a Food Safety Plan based on preventive controls.
Participants will gain practical knowledge on hazard analysis, risk-based preventive controls, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification activities—key elements required by FDA regulations for food safety management.
